About Me

Greetings! My name is Aisaac. I am a graduating student from Enderun Colleges. I'm a Culinary Arts Major. I recently took an internship in a restaurant called Prego Ristorante and Bar located in City of Dreams, Philippines. The purpose of this blog is to document my experience as an intern here.

I have an interest in Italian Cuisine so I have interned in L'Opera Ristorante Italiano located in The Fort Strip, BGC last April 2017 and have studied Language and Cuisine in Florence, Italy for almost a year before my internship in Prego Ristorante and Bar.
